4. Delivery

4.1 We offer free delivery within the Brisbane area. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday between 10 am and 5 pm. Orders placed before 2 pm will be eligible for same-day delivery. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day.

4.2 If the recipient is not at the requested location at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers at the door in a safe and secure spot, attach a note informing the recipient about the delivery, and take a picture as evidence of where the flowers were left and send it to you.

5. Refunds and Returns

5.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss your concerns.

5.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

5.3 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as flowers.
